Professor Lawyer Luigi Fiorillo

He has been a lawyer since 1979 and registered with the Bar of Cassation Lawyers since 1993 at the Bar Council of Rome. He was formerly a full professor of Labor Law at the University of Naples Federico II – Department of Economics, Management, and Institutions. Since 2007, he has held various teaching positions in IUS/07 Labor Law at Luiss University – Guido Carli – Department of Law (Social Security Law, Community Labor Law, Constitutional Justice – labor and pensions). He currently teaches Labor Law and Public Employment Labor Law. He also teaches in other Master’s programs in Labor Law at renowned universities. He is a member of Aidlass (Italian Association of Labor Law and Social Security) and AGI (Italian Labor Lawyers), a Partner 24Ore Lawyers network member.

From 1990-1992, he was part of a mixed working group (Government – Trade Unions) established by the Minister of Public Service Sacconi to reform public employment. In 1995, he was part of the Commission, appointed by the Minister of Public Service Frattini, to transfer public employment disputes from the administrative judge to the ordinary judge. He has held various roles in committees and consultations on public employment reform throughout the years.

He is the author of three monographs and numerous scientific publications.
